Alan Massey became a full member of MSTAT, 'Member of the Society for Teachers of the Alexander Technique' the governing body for the profession in 1994. Alan has been teaching this technique at the Cairngorm Clinic since 2009.

Alan trained in the Alexander Technique for 3 years at the STAT approved Fellside Alexander School, Cumbria with director Don Burton.  He then completed post graduate training at the A.T.I. Alexander School, Cambridge, Boston, MA.
